banana bread

One bowl combine:

  • 2 bananas mashed

  • 2 eggs

  • 10 dates cut up

  • 1 grated carrot

  • 1/2 apple grated

  • 1 cup walnuts chopped

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp cinnamon (maybe more)

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla (i would have put more but ran out

Other bowl combine:

  • 1 cup cassava flour

  • 1 cup chick pea flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 scoops collagen peptides.

Add flour mix to other bowl slowly to mix well.

I added three drops of stevia and mixed that in as well.

Pour in loaf pan (I put foil in to reduce mess and easy to remove from the pan)

Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.

So yummy!
